Navi Pillay
The Nobel Peace Prize was recently awarded to the person that Trump “never heard of”—South African jurist Navi Pillay. It’s a doubly bitter pill for the President to swallow, since the decision was likely connected to Pillay’s role in making Israel face the music, as far as international law goes.
A good anecdote regarding Pillay concerns the UN Commission of Inquiry on Palestine that she chaired after the 2021 Israel-Palestine crisis. The US and Europe protested the commission because it had no formal end date, to which Pillay responded: “the [Israeli] occupation does not have an end date either and you tend to support that occupation.”
Rather bold, brave even, but then Pillay is a cape lion by birth (Durban to be precise) and a Tamil Tigress by blood. In fact her maiden name was Naidoo. Pillay is about 5’6 (168cm) but has a remarkably long neck. The lower mandible, nose and face width I would all sooner associate with a male than female (lacking other visual clues). She and her husband were unable to conceive, so they adopted two children.

Aung San Suu Kyi
Time to turn to another Nobel Peace Prize Winner, ASS Kyi. Sorry for the truncation but I can’t even call her Ms Kyi since Myanmarese (Burmese) don’t have family names, they just inherit the first names of several immediate ancestors. She won the prize back in 1991, when she was the darling of Western liberals and the human rights cult. To be fair, 15 years’ house arrest for trumped up charges is nothing to scoff at. But she’s no longer seen as the innocent angel she once was. Why? Because she is a Myanmarese nationalist who is anti-Rohingya, even to the point of agreeing with the military junta that has persecuted her. At least she’s no sell-out.
Suffice it to say, Myanmar is not the most stable country. After her party won the 2020 election, another coup d’état landed her in hot water—to the tune of 27 years in prison. It was subsequently demoted to some kind of indefinite detainment. She is now 81 year old, so why not just retire from politics as part of a plea bargain?
As to her physiognomy, it does tend toward masculine more than feminine, although East Asians are less sexually dimorphic than other races. The long neck is again such a standout, which got me thinking—could she have undergone that neck lengthening practise with the metal rings? The answer is no, since she is a Bamar and only the Kayan tribe practises that. She has two biological children.
Joan Clarke
Also known as Joan Murray, this clever mathematician and cryptanalyst was a code breaker during WWII. She was, incidentally, engaged to the leader of the Enigma project, Alan Turing. After some time enjoying their common interests and similar personalities, Turing confessed his homosexuality to Clarke, which apparently had not come as such a surprise to her.
“Naturally, that worried me a bit, because I did know that was something which was almost certainly permanent, but we carried on.”
What strange times they were. Turing did not look effeminate, but Clarke looked masculine, with a wide cranium and strong lower jaw. She later married but never had children.
